Hypertherm Associates received the definitive ruling from China’s Superior Court, securing a significant settlement from Chinese aftermarket consumable manufacturer Changzhou Termmei (TRM) for infringement of two of Hypertherm Associates’ patents. Earlier this year, Hypertherm Associates filed suit against the Chinese company ("Yingsiman"; Chinese name: “英思曼焊割科技(常州)有限公司.
