SIMTOS is one of Asia's largest and most influential exhibitions of machine tools and smart manufacturing technologies, attracting more than 100,000 visitors and 1,300 exhibitors worldwide.
Their booth located in hall 10 at booth 10G31 will showcase their latest products and solutions for various industries, including robotic plasma cutting, shape steel processing, post-table track cutting, dome cutting, and more. Their robotic plasma cutting system is equipped with an advanced vision system that enables it to adapt to different shapes, sizes, and material thicknesses. They will also demonstrate how their innovative technologies can help customers improve productivity, quality, and sustainability.
"We are delighted to showcase our Powermax product line, including innovative Powermax SYNC with built-in intelligence and a single-piece consumable cartridge at SIMTOS 2024. Lead OEM sales manager HD Kim said, "We are excited to join SIMTOS 2024 with our partner and connect with our existing and potential customers in Korea and beyond. We look forward to meeting you at our booth and discussing how we can support your business needs."
What to Expect at the Show:
Robotic plasma beveling
Robotic plasma beveling is a versatile process that benefits various industries, requiring flexibility, part accuracy, and continuous productivity. The ability to perform multiple operations in a single cell, including cutting, layout marking, welding, material handling, and grinding, improves flexibility and enables high-mix/low-volume capabilities to achieve virtually “lights out” manufacturing. Robotic plasma cutting also creates accurate bevels that simplify weld preparation and save time, cost, and labor.
Powermax SYNC®
Featuring built-in intelligence and revolutionary single-piece cartridge consumables, Powermax SYNC simplifies system operation, streamlines consumable inventory, lowers operating costs, and maximizes performance for customers in the shipbuilding, construction & machinery, structural steel, or transportation industries.
Powermax SYNC and its SmartSYNC® torch replace the traditional five-piece consumable stack-up with an easy-to-identify single-piece cartridge consumable that is color-coded by process to eliminate confusion and simplify consumable inventory management.
